I find it hard to believe that here we are in September already. I honestly don’t know where the summer went and it amazes me how fast it flew by. We started out cool and rainy, for the most part, and have just recently started seeing warmer temperatures. Our flip-flops and summer clothes will soon be replaced with socks, shoes and warmer clothes, for we know that fall is right around the corner and winter won’t be too far behind. According to the Farmer’s Almanac, we are in for another rough winter—something I am not looking forward to at all.
As always, we remain very busy. In our quest to provide more service here at our factory service center, we are in the process of adding nine additional service bays, which we anticipate will be ready by mid-November. We have decorated our customer service lounge and have made it warm and inviting for all of our guests. We have more seating capacity—something that has been needed, especially now with the additional service bays going in. And, most importantly, it is absolutely beautiful! Certainly not a bad place to spend a few days if you come to visit; just one more way of making you feel at home here with us.
Lots of exciting gatherings ahead as well—Octoberfest will be held in Las Vegas from October 18-22 and then the ECOA (Entegra Coach Owner’s Association) gathering will be later that week beginning on the 21st through the 25th. Lots of opportunities for folks to gather together and have fun, and more exciting news to come in the future about where we are going—you just never know where we might show up!
Sure hope that you will be able to join us whenever possible.
We also use this time of year for training our dealers and their service personnel. Soon, the Entegra Coach academy will be hosting some of our dealers’ sales folks to enhance their skills on selling our products; and then in December, we will be inviting service folks from our dealerships to come for training on how to service our coaches properly. We believe that great customer service begins the day you step onto the dealer’s lot, and we want that same customer service to extend throughout your ownership. We will do all we can to provide our dealers with the tools they need to carry that out.
As for me and my group—I hope you know that we are just a phone call or email away if you should need assistance with anything at all. We want to be sure that you are always enjoying your coach and will work hard to make sure that happens. Please be sure to let us know if we can help in any way.
