Entegra Coach Cocktail: C-Light Breeze
I was super excited when I was asked to create an official Entegra Coach cocktail! If you follow my social media accounts or have seen my content on the Entegra Coach account, you already know two things about me.
1. I love to be creative in the kitchen.
2.I love to have a celebratory drink.
My goal was to create something that:
- Representative of the quality and craftmanship of the Entegra Coach brand.
- Is made with ingredients accessible whether you are parked in a major metropolitan area, or if you are spending time off the grid.
- And most importantly, is delicious to drink in or out of your coach!
My husband and I had fun discussing the possibilities of what could meet all the criteria. And we had even more fun going to a few bars during the process of developing this concoction, to avoid purchasing all the ingredients, before the final recipe was ready! ????
It’s truly my honor to present the Entegra Coach C-Light Breeze!
Since 2016, the C-Lights have become a signature feature of Entegra Coach’s Class A motorhomes. So much so, that they adopted a new logo in 2022, to tie in this iconic feature. As it’s easy to recognize an Entegra Coach in an RV park by their C-Lights, especially when they are turned on at night. But I feel like the “C” is about much more than, the headlights.
As an Entegra Coach owner, whether you own a coach with the C-Lights, a “classic” (pre-2016) Class A, a Class C or a Class B, “C” also represents the brand through:
- Camaraderie felt between the owners.
- Comfort of home as we travel.
- Commitment to excellence, without compromise.
We nailed it when we came up with the Entegra Coach C-Light Breeze recipe!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 ounce Bourbon (we used Russell’s Reserve 10 Year)
2 ounces Cranberry Juice
¼ ounce Pineapple Juice
Squeeze of Fresh Lime
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice. Stir and serve!
I hope the color of this cocktail reminds you of the color in the Entegra Coach logo and that the name reminds you of all the “C”s related to owning an Entegra Coach. Most of all, I look forward to a chance to meet you at an event or rally and we connect, we share a toast to Entegra Coach with a tasty C-Light Breeze.
