It starts with a Spartan Chassis—the industry’s premier foundation.
It’s what we do with the luxury motorcoach chassis that sets us apart: we add our exclusive X-Bridge™ frame, adding even more rigidity to weather every pothole.
A shallower dashboard design and a cab positioned directly above the tires allow for enhanced visibility, maneuverability and safety.
The one-piece, wrap-around Ultra-Vision windshield doesn’t just offers stunning views—it features a reinforced cap and frame for optimal strength where you need it most.
Our wood floors are some of the industry’s thickest—reducing energy transmission, noise and vibration.
We lay porcelain tiles around our cabinets so we can screw them directly to the wood floor. Other manufacturers place cabinetry on top of the tile, which can lead to squeaks or even cracking.
Our walls, along with our front and rear caps, feature tucked-and-glued batting insulation—the same kind of fiberglass insulation found in sound-absorbing theater rooms.
Vinyl padded ceilings also help absorb sound.
Sur-seal entry door lock features a complete-seal mechanism to prevent whistling.
We build our 2x4 wood floor on a steel sub-structure with fiberglass batting insulation to absorb sound and vibrations.
The commercial-grade, ¾-inch plywood floor is screwed and glued down using 23 2-inch screws at each seam—a technique that outlasts standard tongue-and-groove construction.
Our Aluma-Tru™ Superstructure features wall framing that is spaced 16-inches or less apart for more weight-bearing aluminum than any other coach. Flexfoil, ½-inch foam and fiberglass provide an R-16 insulation value.
Our interior wall board is backed by ½-inch plywood construction—a feature unique to Entegra Coach.
Our roof combines crowned aluminum truss rafters on 16-inch centers with Flexfoil, fiberglass insulation and ⅜-inch plywood decking.
