Radish baguette recipe from Entegra Coach magazine

Radish, avocado and herbed goat cheese baguette
Makes about two dozen pieces • Prep time: 15-20 minutes
You'll need:
› One french baguette, sliced thin
› About 10 radishes
› 8 ounces goat cheese
› Dill, sea salt and pepper to taste
› Two or three avocados, sliced thin
1) Slice radishes paper thin with a sharp knife or mandoline; set aside
2) Spread baguette slices with a thin layer of goat cheese
3) Layer on sliced avocado and top with a generous amount of sliced radish
4) Sprinkle with dried or fresh dill, course sea salt and pepper to taste
