As I prepared to write this article and thought about all the things I could say, I decided I would devote this article to my fellow co-workers. So many of you have had the opportunity to meet them in person and many of you have had the pleasure to speak to them by phone when needing assistance. Regardless of how you know them or what brought you together, I’m sure you have found them all to be helpful. It truly takes a lot of hard work, devotion and commitment to provide excellent customer service and, I can tell you, I would not want to do this job without each and every one of them.  The greatest thing about teamwork is that you always have others on your side and I consider myself blessed to stand beside these folks each and every day.


So, in saying that, I want to “introduce” you to my team:

Jacob Shearer  Customer Service Manager 
Jacob and his wife, Kristi, have been married for 12 years and have four children, Leah, Abby, Caleb and Zach. Jacob has been employed by Jayco/Entegra for seven years. Jacob is active in his church and coaches his daughter’s basketball team. He enjoys family time, fishing and camping. 


Don Brubaker — Sr. Customer Service Representative/Technical 
Don and his wife, Rhonda, have been married for 38 years. They have two children, Tracy and Kyle, and two granddaughters, Molly and Emma. Don has been employed by Jayco/Entegra for 19 years. He is active in his church, enjoys spending time with his family and riding his Harley.


PJ Clanton — Sr. Customer Service Representative/Technical 
PJ and his wife, Mandy, have been married for 16 years and have two young sons, Ian and Evan. PJ has been employed by Jayco/Entegra for 13 years. He is active in his church, enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing.


Mike O’Connell — Customer Service Representative/Technical 
Mike and his girlfriend, Christina, have a young daughter, Isabella (Bella). He has been employed by Jayco/Entegra for two years. Mike enjoys family time, golfing, playing pool, bowling and outside activities. 


Jeremy Lehman — Customer Service Representative/Technical 
Jeremy and his wife, Kelly, have been married for four years and have five children, Emily, Ashley, Erick, Sean and Natalie. Jeremy has been employed by Jayco/Entegra for three-and-a-half years. He enjoys family time, kayaking, camping, bicycling and building cabinets.

 

Dave Troxel — Customer Service Representative/Technical 
Dave and his wife, Nicole, have been married for 27 years and have three sons, Jordan, Justin and Josh. Dave has been employed by Jayco/Entegra for one-and-a-half years. He enjoys family time and traveling. 


Morgan Thompson — Customer Service Representative, Primary 
Morgan and her husband, Justin, have been married for three years. She has been employed by Jayco/Entegra for three-and-a-half years.  Morgan is a firefighter, a softball coach and a huge Alabama fan—ROLL TIDE!

 

Bryan Pedler — Customer Service Representative/Technical 
Bryan and his wife, Lora, have been married for three years and have two small children, Carson and Gabrielle. Bryan has been employed by Jayco/Entegra for four years. He enjoys family time, golfing, sports events and movies. 


Malcolm Coates — Customer Service Representative/Technical 
Malcolm and his wife, Rachael, have been married for 10 years and have a young son, Marek. Malcolm has been employed by Jayco/Entegra for three weeks. In his spare time, he enjoys family time, reading and watching football.


Sandra Miller — Parts Coordinator 
Sandra has been employed by Jayco for 10 years. In her free time, she enjoys family time, sports of every kind and spending time with friends.


Karmen DelCamp — Parts Coordinator 
Karmen has been employed by Jayco for one-and-a-half years.  She enjoys exercising, outdoor activities, sports and spending time with her dog, Gg.   


And that brings you to me. I am the Director of Customer Service and will celebrate 25 years with Jayco in February 2016. My husband, Andy, and I have been married for 40 years and have two children, Jason and Emily. We have one grandson, Bowen, and three young granddaughters, Adelyn, Halyn, and Delany. I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, shopping (smiley) and enjoying life at the lake. 


This makes up the team of folks that are here to help you each and every day but there are so many others that need to be recognized as well from our production personnel, factory service, sales, engineering, purchasing and more that help to create this RV lifestyle for you. We all join together in promising to make it the best experience for you that we possibly can. 


In closing, I want to take this opportunity to wish you all the best as the holidays are approaching. Take time to cherish what matters most—family and friends—and know we appreciate your business and your friendships more than we can say. I’ve said it before but will say it again: we could not be successful without you and we will not take that for granted!
