The Best of Springfest 2016
Entegra’s inaugural Springfest event kicked off this year at the Elkhart Campground in northern Indiana near Middlebury, the home of Entegra Coach headquarters. This 4-day/3-night event was a “homecoming” for all of our Entegra owners to see where their coaches are built and to be the first to view the 2017 product line-up. The multi-day event certainly did not disappoint. Check out the full recap video below!
Monday, April 18:
On check-in day, we had about ninety coaches eager to get settled and begin the festivities. Our owners had the afternoon to themselves to mingle and catch up with old friends around the campground. At night, the welcome reception had a great turn out for the trivia competition. The enthusiasm our owners had was contagious and the evening was a great way to kick off the week. Our top three teams even won some goodies to take home!
Tuesday, April 19:
We started our first full day of Springfest with a great breakfast followed by a Tech Talk from one of our sponsors. Following breakfast, our owners had the option to take the afternoon off or join in on an excursion to Shipshewana to tour the Mennohof Museum, which tells the Amish-Mennonite story. In the evening, we had our gala event at the RV Hall of Fame to reveal the model year 2017 product line-up. This was certainly the evening most attendees and staff were looking forward to! Speeches were given by Derald Bontrager, President and CEO of Jayco; Tadd Jenkins, President of the Jayco Motorhome Group; Chuck Lasley, Vice President of Sales; and Pat Carroll, Vice President of Product Development. Wilbur Bontrager, Chairman of the Board also spoke. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner and then were released to walk through the new 2017 products.
Wednesday, April 20:
After another wonderful breakfast and Tech Talk, our attendees were bused to the Entegra Coach plant in Middlebury for group tours of the facility. This was a highlight for many people to see the process of coaches being built. That evening, dinner was a blast from the past with the theme of the Roaring Twenties! Owners and staff alike donned their best twenties-inspired attire and had a blast learning the Charleston, listening to the Big Band and participating in casino games for prizes. The dinner was fantastic and the night was one that will not be soon forgotten!
Thursday, April 21:
Check-out day began with a final catered breakfast and a Suggestion Session, where the attendees get to voice their opinions and pose their questions to Entegra Coach management. The Suggestion Session is always a favorite for owners and staff. After the morning session concluded it was time to pack up and say goodbye to old and new friends; but at Entegra Coach, it’s not goodbye, it’s we’ll see you soon at our next event! Mayfest is just around the corner in Sevierville, Tennessee, and then it’s off to Big Sky, Montana for Summerfest in July! Sign up for those events by clicking below!
