Dear Entegra Coach Owners
It is hard to believe we are at the end of another busy year. The leaves are officially gone and the cold temperatures seem to be here for good. With many of you traveling south for the winter, it’s times like this that we wish palm trees would start growing in the Midwest.
This year has been filled with many exciting events and once again, we want to extend our gratitude to all our loyal owners. It was so much fun to see you this past October at the first-ever Octoberfest! We love getting to know each and every one of you and what better way to do that than with a fun-filled week in Las Vegas. The event kicked off with a welcome reception Sunday evening, and continued until Thursday with everything from dancing and entertainment to a helpful product suggestion session. This event turned out to be a huge success and we are excited to announce that we have many more events planned throughout this next year. We hope to see all of you at our next great event!
Time and time again, all of us at Entegra Coach are reminded of how lucky we are to call our owners family. While on the road, many times I will try and relate the different experiences I have to that of something in our industry. At this past Octoberfest, I was fortunate enough to fulfill what I thought was going to be a lifelong dream. I am, or at least was, a huge fan of a very popular TV show that happens to be filmed in a small pawn shop in Las Vegas. One of our owners had the opportunity to participate in this show and, after finding out I was a huge fan, invited me to go along. The whole experience was eye opening. Not only did it take most of the afternoon to sign all of the disclaimers, but we found out that the show is actually filmed in a replica of the store. After the segment was filmed, the star of the show began to immediately walk away. Knowing that I was a huge fan, my friend attempted to flag him down in order to introduce me. The star of the show looked up, barely acknowledged either one of us and then continued to walk through the door.
It was at this moment that it hit me. For the cast of the show this was just another day, but for me it was the opportunity of a lifetime. How different would our experience had been if he had just taken two minutes to shake our hand and thank us both for being there? At Entegra Coach, we want all of our fans to know that we value each and every one of you. We will never take you for granted and understand that buying a motorhome is a lifelong dream for you! We recognize that you have the opportunity to choose any manufacturer in the industry, and again we want to thank you for putting your trust in Entegra Coach.
Thank you so much.
